Christian Sullivan
Chief Executive Officer

As CEO since 2000, Chris Sullivan has led FedConcepts to a 50% annual growth rate, which has earned the company a position on the Inc. 5000 for three consecutive years.  The company was also selected as the SBA Small Business of the year over several thousand other companies in 2007, and has received three consecutive inclusions in Inc. Magazine's Inc. 5000, including positions in the top 25 Defense Contractors and the top 10 growth companies in Maryland.  Most recently, the company was honored to be a part of Maryland Future 50.  Mr. Sullivan was inducted into the Entrepreneur Hall of Fame and also awarded the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award in 2009.  Mr. Sullivan has been regarded as one of the area’s top CEO’s for leadership, strategic vision and character being awarded the SmartCEO Smart 100 for two consecutive years.

Prior to his position as founder and CEO of FedConcepts, Chris served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer with ECS and Entecom Corporation, where he led Entecom’s development of a managed services provider offering into Federal markets. One of his key accomplishments was the development of two data center facilities from the ground up. In addition, he played a leading role in productizing the company’s infrastructure services.

Prior to Entecom, Chris served as Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of Network Data Systems, a Federal integrator for Microsoft solutions. He led the company’s acquisition of several companies and was key to the partner relationships the company established prior to the company’s sale in 2000.

Chris also served in key positions with America Online and several other technology companies.

During Chris’ career, he has served as a lead architect on enterprise projects for Fortune 500 organizations and various bureaus within the Federal Government, including the Departments of Defense, Treasury, Housing and Urban Development, Health and Human Services, and the Smithsonian Institution. He still serves as the technical architect for several of the company’s engagements.

In addition to numerous HP and Microsoft technical certifications, Chris was a best-selling author of books on Microsoft technologies and a keynote speaker at numerous trade shows and conferences.
