James R. Huber
Vice President of DoD Programs

James R. Huber is a retired Marine Corps Limited Duty Officer with over 21 years of military service.

Jim spent six years of his time as the Officer in Charge of Deployed Support and IT Operations Officer at the Marine Corps Network Operations and Security Center (MCNOSC). His duties ranged from leading data support teams throughout Iraq to integrating network security hardware and software services into the Marine Corps Enterprise Network.

Prior to his service with the MCNOSC, he served as the Operations Officer and Data Officer with 9th Communication Battalion and as the Officer in Charge for data operations at the Network Operations Center for Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton California.

Jim has extensive knowledge in deployed military communications systems, including communications maintenance, terrestrial communications, and data networking systems.  He has led network engineering efforts throughout Iraq, supported migrations from Banyan Vines, Windows NT, and Windows 2000, and served as the Project Officer for the Deployed Security Interdiction Device.

Jim holds MCSE, FCNSA, and CISSP certifications. He currently lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife and children.
