John L. Sella
President, Chief Operating Officer

John Sella has more than twenty years’ experience providing management and technical support for a variety of government clients. His efforts have included development, implementation, management and operations of IT solutions for civilian and military agencies of the US government. John has developed performance procedures tailored to provide effective determination of a project’s functional and technical requirements, to identify the staffing, scheduling and funding required to attain these objectives, and to work with all program constituents to accommodate emergent requirements that often arise during the course of performance.

Prior to joining FedConcepts, John was the US Government Project Manager for Avanade, the largest IT consultancy focused on Microsoft. Prior to that role, he spent a significant amount of time as a project and program manager with Stanley Associates, a leading government services provider.

During John’s career, he has provided project planning and delivery leadership on enterprise projects for several Federal agencies, including the Departments of Defense, Health and Human Services, Treasury, Homeland Security, Interior, and the US Postal Service.

In addition to his professional activities, John is actively involved in a variety of civic associations and youth sports teams. He resides in Rockville, Maryland with his wife and four children.
