Matthew R. Kunst
Vice President of Finance and Administration

Matthew brings nearly 15 years of senior financial and administrative management expertise within high tech companies in the civilian and Government sectors.  Prior to joining FedConcepts, Matthew was the Controller for MobileAccess Networks, an international wireless solutions manufacturer, where he led the finance organization as MobileAccess expanded internationally, attained profitability, and became the leading provider of distributed antenna systems.  Prior to MobileAccess, he led the accounting group for a division of Northrop Grumman.  Additionally, he has held financial and accounting positions within PricewaterhouseCoopers and Chromatis Networks, which was purchased by Lucent Technologies in 2000.

Among his noteworthy accomplishments, Matthew has led the selection, implementation, and integration of several corporate ERP/MRP solutions.  He has provided the operational management and leadership of day-to-day accounting, HR, and IT functions, and has developed and tailored accounting policies and procedures that were configured to the organization’s needs at various stages of the growth cycle.  Matthew has also implemented numerous automated capabilities and advanced procedures to enhance the accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency of reporting to internal and external constituents.

Matthew has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He resides in Davidsonville, Maryland with his wife and two children.
