Patrick J. Mulvaney

Patrick Mulvaney is a Senior Project Manager at the Department of Transportation on behalf of Federal Concepts.

Patrick has spent the past 12 years designing and implementing technical hardware and software solutions for private companies and government agencies. Through these experiences he has captured the best-of-breed solutions and technologies and has focused on becoming proficient in those products. He brings this technical expertise and experience to his position as Chief Information Officer.

Prior to his present position with FedConcepts, Patrick was a Senior Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton working in the Microsoft and Thin Client solutions division, deploying mobile thin client devices utilizing Citrix and Microsoft software.

Prior to Booz Allen Hamilton, Patrick was a senior technical architect for ePlus, a software development company and Microsoft reseller, supporting a proprietary software procurement system, the company’s Microsoft and Citrix teams.

Patrick has also served as a lead architect on enterprise projects for private companies, and various Federal agencies, including GEICO, America Online, the Departments of Homeland Security, Labor, and Justice, the Smithsonian Institution, and the National Institutes of Health.

Patrick holds MCSE, CCEA, VCP, and CNA certifications. He currently lives in Reston, Virginia with his wife and son.
