September 2, 2009 – FedConcepts, a growing small-business provider of high-end systems and network engineering solutions, announced that it had expanded its corporate management team with the addition of two additional senior executives, representing a combined 40 years of business development and management experience.
FedConcepts has appointed Bill Harrison as Vice President of Business Development and Matthew Kunst as Vice President of Finance and Administration. The addition of their breadth and depth of experience and expertise to the executive team will help FedConcepts continue to meet the growing demand for our federal clients’ supportable mission-critical networking environments.

As Vice President of Business Development, Bill will lead the continued development of FedConcepts’ sales team and customer base. He brings over 25 years of experience of business development leadership with companies such as IBM where he was responsible for a $30M software business line, and at Avanade, a joint venture between Accenture and Microsoft, where he was responsible for the development of what is now the Avanade Federal Services practice.
Bill will report to Erik Halverson, Senior Vice President. “Bill brings a wealth of business development knowledge and experience that we’re excited to have on our team.”
In the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration, Matthew will bring over 15 years’ of experience of complex financial and contract management for quickly growing businesses. He has been responsible for managing Accounting, HR, and IT business functions, and the successful implementation of multiple corporate information systems, including the realignment of the underlying company processes, policies, and procedures.
Matthew will report to John Sella, FedConcepts’ President and Chief Operating Officer. “Matthew’s experience, expertise and motivation are ideally suited to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of our operations now, and to accommodate our anticipated growth.”
